Arisaidhs

An arisaidh is essentially a women's great kilt. Ours are approximately 72" tall by 108" to 120" wide (depending on fabric width). We put a few cheater pleats 30" from the bottom edge (your belt should cover the stitching) then you have about 42" above your belt. Drape it over your belt like a towel over a towel rack and belt it on. You can then arrange it to suite your present needs. Please see accompanying photos for directions and ideas.
