An arisaidh is essentially a womens great kilt. Ours are approximately 72" tall by 108" to 120" wide, depending on fabric width. We put a few cheater pleats 30" from the bottom edge, your belt should cover the stitching, then you have about 42" above your belt. Drape it over your belt like a towel over a towel rack and belt it on. You can then arrange it to suite your present needs.
